Head Vet vacancy at a practice in Liverpool.
Salary £70K+.
Working pattern is 4 days a week with 1:4 weekends. No OOH but they do need the Head Vet to be on call if they have any overnight inpatients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead the continuous improvement of their clinical standards and services and to upskill colleagues to support the practice in their aim of being a centre of clinical excellence.
You will be a key member of the surgery`s management team. They are looking for someone with a high level of clinical expertise who is passionate about delivering outstanding care. Their ideal candidate will be comfortable in a leadership role with the drive and passion to deliver against a strategic vision, coaching and inspiring the team to consistently deliver gold standard, evidence-based care.
You``ll get to work in a purpose-built, spacious veterinary practice with the most fantastic facilities and a team who are all passionate about providing the very best care to all animals, day and night. Your colleagues have a broad range of specialities and many of the team are working towards certificates to enhance their clinical skills and the services they are able to provide. They are constantly working on new initiatives to support skill gaps and they make sure CPD is continuous and happening across all levels in the surgery.
