Head Vet/ Clinical Director for an independent practice.
£85k - £90k per year / Full time
Ideal rota Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 8:30-19:30. Saturday (1:3): 9:00-13:30. Early Monday finishes (from 4pm assuming the coast is clear - which it often is) and then remote admin time, to make up the hours, are part of the package. Lunch hours is paid. This practice is expanding shortly and you will be part of this. This is a 3 Vet practice and soon to be 2 sites. You must have a passion for leadership and mentorship, some other requirements include: oversee the recruitment, from reviewing CV``s to hiring the right candidates. Making key decisions thars right for the practices and the team and leading by example.
You do also need to be an experienced small animal Vet.
