Deputy Head RVN vacancy at a 24 hour practice in Belgravia.
Up to £38,000, DOE.
4 day week with 1:4 weekends (TOIL for weekends worked!).
As a Deputy Head Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be working along side certificate holding Vets, a fantastic team of RVNs, highly trained VCAs, a fully committed customer care team (meaning no reception duties for you - allowing you to utilise those skills that you`ve dedicated so much time to gain), and an incredibly supportive Hospital Management team.
As Deputy HRVN, your duties will include day-to-day running of the floor and liaising with the senior management team, planning and improving strategies for performance on the floor, leading the development of the team of RVNs and VCAs, rota management, and most importantly - fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
Youll play an integral part of their dedicated day team, providing compassionate care and support to patients in need.
They are looking for someone with strong clinical skills and the ability to handle emergency situations with confidence. You must have excellent communication skills and teamworking abilities and have a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
