Floating receptionist vacancy covering Ealing, St. Johns Wood, Primrose Hill, Maida Vale and Highgate.
Salary: £27,300 per annum.
Hours: 42 hour week- 1 in 6 Saturday mornings.
You will be covering a number of practices in the London region and responsible for ensuring both their clients and patients receive a professional five-star service throughout their time with them.
This role is fast-paced, friendly and fun with no working day the same.
The duties will involve, but are not limited to:
Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.
Weighing pets.
Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures.
Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone.
Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.
Processing prescription requests.
Taking payments.
Promoting offers and services.
Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked.
Covering sites for annual leave and sickness.
Required Experience:
Must have Client facing/Client Care experience
Must be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills.
