RVN vacancy at a primary care practice in Guildford.
Salary £28K At least 1 year qualified, negotiable depending on experience.
40 hours per week, No OOH, 8 hour shifts, 1/5 Saturdays.
Due to one of their RVNs who trained with them flying the nest, the practice are on the search for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join them!
They are ideally looking for someone on a full-time basis with a 1:5 weekend rota (Saturdays only, following Monday off). Their shifts range from 8am - 5pm or 10:30am - 7:30pm. Most of their nurses work this pattern, but they are flexible and are open to longer shifts over 4 days. Part-time applications will also be welcomed.
They are a passionate, close-knit team and they are looking forward to meeting a new member of the team. The team truly is everything, and they are a nursing team always keen to learn new things and give the best to their patients. Once they are fully staffed they are hoping to start to introduce schedule 3 procedures for the nurses. They actively encourage the RVNs taking on projects and pursuing new skills. Working in a purpose-built building also has it``s perks, they have great facilities and would recommend anyone interested to come for a tour!
Located within walking distance of amenities including a spa and gym as well as a convenient coffee shop and grocery store, they can offer great facilities outside the hospital as well as inside and hope that this will aid their great work/life balance ethos.
Developing and empowering their nurses is important to them. You will have access to over 150hours of pre-recorded CPD delivered by their expert clinicians and nurses. All of their nurses receive a robust induction to help you thrive in your new role. On top of this, you will have access to modular courses on a variety of topics including our AVA-accredited anaesthesia and analgesia modular course.
