Clinical Director vacancy at a branch practice in Cornwall.
Salary - up to £75,000.
4 days a week plus 1:4 Saturday Mornings, no OOH.
An opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Clinical Director to lead this enthusiastic and vibrant team at their practice, which is RCVS accredited and has ISFM Silver accreditation, and has been providing outstanding care to the animals of Cornwall since the 1870`s.
They have a fantastic, dedicated team which consists of 4 vets, 5 RVNs and 2 SVNs and of course their lovely receptionists.
The practice is well established and has been serving the local community for many years.
Their clients are keen for innovative, proactive treatments and in-depth work ups. They have nurses with surgical diplomas and firmly believe in using their RVNs skills to their fullest extent.
They are looking for an enthusiastic small animal vet to manage their varied caseload, you will be working alongside 3 other vets. You will have the opportunity to really shape the practice.
CPD is actively encouraged, they have a good range of kit. Certificates are supported.
Benefits include 6 weeks paid holiday including bank holidays, £1750 CPD Allowance per annum (£2500 if a cert holder), RCVS Membership paid, Two other membership subscriptions, VDS cover, Cycle to Work scheme, CPD/training support, Annual pay reviews.
