Vet vacancy at a small animal practice in Surrey.
Salary - up to £65,000 per annum (pro rata, based on 40 hrs/wk.).
20-40 hours per week, shift pattern and hours negotiable, no OOH`s, no weekend shifts.
The practice are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon, ideally with a minimum of 2 years in clinic experience.
The Practice is set in a beautiful old, converted barn, with 2 consult rooms, full operating theatre, digital x-ray, ultrasound and inhouse lab machines. They ensure that that their vets get to operate daily and have time set aside for calls, with appointments saved for `on the day` emergencies.
They have an excellent team which comprises of 2 vets and a great, supportive and proactive nurse team.
Benefits include Annual leave 6.6 weeks pro rata (including Bank holidays), Company sick pay - 2 weeks full pay, 2 weeks half pay then statutory sick pay (pro rata), RCVS and VDS memberships paid, One other organisation paid for (ie BVA BSAVA etc), CPD £1750.00 and 5-days allowance (pro rata).
