Vet vacancy at a hospital practice in Northamptonshire.
Salary: £40k - 50k DOE (pro rata).
They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who is comfortable in a hospital environment and has completed their VetGDP.
Full-time or part-time working can be accommodated, and they are very open to discussion about preferred hours.
There are no OOH duties - contributing to a great work life balance!
The hospital is less than an hour by train to London and Birmingham and has an abundance of country parks and spectacular countryside to explore on the doorstep.
They have 80+ people across their fantastic, dedicated team, meaning that you`ll never be lacking someone to go to when things get tough. Especially with their highly supportive nursing team, with people often working up from being an ACA/VCA/SVN and staying on/developing.
The hospital is a brand-new, state-of-the-art, 24-hour facility. Relocated due to outgrowing its previous location, the new premises have been purpose designed by and for Vets. There are all the facilities you would expect from a modern hospital including CT, digital X-ray machine, endoscopy, laparoscopy kit, sterile theatre, piped gas, ultrasound, and excellent welfare facilities for the team.
Benefits include 6.6 weeks paid holiday, inclusive of Bank Holidays, £1750 CPD Allowance per annum, RCVS Membership paid, and two other membership subscriptions, Enhanced paternity, maternity, adoption, shared parental leave, and surrogacy pay.
