Vet vacancy at a branch practice in Hertfordshire.
Salary from £38,000 to £60,000 (FTE) per annum, dependent on experience.
Ideally a 40-hour week (currently over 4 days with a fixed day off, but 5 shorter working days can be accommodated if preferred), for full-time additional 1:6 Fridays off.
Saturday morning - Currently 1:5, max 1:4 (potentially 1:6 depending on team numbers).
Part-time hours would be considered for the right candidate.
The role consists of a mix of consults and surgeries of their varied first opinion caseload, with time rota`d in to help you keep on top of the all-important admin. They pride themselves on providing the highest standards of care to their clients. Their routine appointments last 15 minutes, (30 minutes for complex cases) with several 30-minute `open on the day` appointments for emergencies and urgent cases throughout the day.
They are a 5-vet practice (4FTE), with a highly supportive and talented nursing team to support (who are encouraged to utilise their skills fully).
They have a good range of equipment including ultrasound/digital x-ray, dental x-ray, capnography and tonovet, as well as RCVS accreditation, they have also achieved IFSM`s Silver Cat Friendly Status.
