The successful person will oversee the smooth running of the Small Animal Department across two sites. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who would like to take the next step in their career and manage the clinical team of Vets and Nurses.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours across 4.5 days per week, with no out-of-hours and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
The practice has 10 Veterinary Surgeons, as they are a mixed practice they work between large and small animal caseloads. They have 7 registered veterinary nurses, 1 Trainee nurse and a support team of 13. Across the sites, they have 2 certificate holders, and specialise in Laparoscopic spays.
