Salary up to £80,000 DOE plus a relocation allowance up to £5,000 and welcome bonus up to £5,000

The successful candidate will work closely with the Practice Manager and Head Nurse supporting and mentoring colleagues and setting clinical & professional objectives to achieve best practice in colleague, patient, and client care. You will undertake a clinical role including surgery and consultations and play a crucial role in steering the practice towards excellence and growth together with our senior leadership team. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the practice and to follow policies and procedures and promote this within the team.
The rota is up to 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, with 1:3 Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm. No bank holidays, Sundays or out-of-hours as we are covered by VetsNow.
The practice is RCVS accredited and aiming for cat friendly status. They have 3 large consulting rooms, a spacious theatre, prep area, dental suite and diagnostics room. The practice also has digital X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, pharmacy and an in-house IDEXX laboratory for all of your clinical needs.
