RVN vacancy at a branch practice in Chichester.
Salary £28,000 to £33,000 pa depending on experience.
Full time 40hrs per week.
The RVNs typically work a 4-day week, totalling 40 hours. They usually work a mixture of shifts (7.30am-6pm, 8.30am-7pm and 9.30am-8pm). Everyone contributes to the daytime weekend rota, bank holiday and on call rota.
The nurses generally work a 4-day week with an hour lunch break. They have a dedicated twilight and night teams, so there is no out-of-hours requirement except that the day team act as “last resort” backup for the night on an on-call rota. They have robust systems in place that mean this really is a last resort and rarely used. Everyone contributes to the weekend rota, where you will provide in-patient care at one of the hospitals and help with emergencies supported by a 2nd RVN, an SVN an ANA and a receptionist as well as the two vets. You`ll have 2 days off in lieu for the weekend worked.

They offer a wide range of quality services from routine consultations and emergency care through to complex surgery and management of critical cases. Their Advanced Practitioner vets provide referral level surgery, including orthopaedics such as TPLOs and soft tissue surgeries including BOAS, CT and Hydrotherapy.
