Salary up to £80,000 DOE, Relocation Allowance up to £5,000
The position will be clinically at one site, but the role will be a multi-site position across 5 clinics. There are approximately 35 employees with each branch having a Lead RVN.
Within the Clinical Director position, part of the role will involve assisting with the finances, aiming to meet targets and keep everything running smoothly. On the clinical side, you``ll help maintain high standards, ensuring industry regulations are met and provide top-notch care to animal patients.
Additionally, you``ll promote continuous professional development for clinical staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
This full-time position entails a 4-day week, providing clinical contributions from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with no weekend or out-of-hours duties.
