Permanent Lead Vet availability in NW London.
£70,000 per annum FTE (doe)
Offering a 4 or 5 day week, whichever suits you better, weekend rota is just 1:4 consulting shifts only (total of 5 hours).
The newly refurbished clinic in the heart of West London, are looking for an engaged and motivated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to provide excellent, kind and personal clinical care to the pets of (W6).
The role would involve managing an experienced team and a great step if you are looking for more responsibility in your career. You would be closely supported by your regional operations and Clinical director in all matters to help your growth in the role.
Responsibilities will include Patient/Clinical care - Delivering a high level of clinical care to standards in conjunction with the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme. Client care - The delivery of client satisfaction to an exceptional level as defined by the practice. This includes making all your interactions with clients fully focused on delivering value, exceptional service and warmth to the clients. Teamwork- Working within the team, to contribute your skills, efforts and personal strengths to help always ensure a harmonious team ethos.
