Vet vacancy at a hospital practice in Leicester.
Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Welcome bonus and relocation package available!
Permanent, full-time and part-time applications welcomed (flexible working patterns can be discussed).
Hours: 40 hours over 4-5 days with a 1:4 Saturday rota (8.30am-2pm and 1:15 Sunday (8am-7pm paid extra) no nights, we have a dedicated night team!
This role is ideally suited to someone eager to work across all GP areas and will involve consulting and operating in equal measure as part of the day team at the hospital.
They offer some fantastic referral, OOH, and advanced services, but they equally champion their primary care vets and the fantastic service they offer for routine and first opinion caseloads.
As a team, they often discuss clinical cases and have monthly team meetings to share knowledge and communications. They welcome supporting certificate studies for their associates, if you have a particular interest, you are welcome to discuss it with them!
Their practices are well equipped with the latest technology and modern facilities to ensure you have the best tools at your disposal including In-house CT, Dental suites equipped with dental X-ray, Video endoscopy, ASIF kit, TPLO/TTA/Tightrope, arthroscopy, Phacoemulsification and advanced ophthalmology equipment and they are proud to have Cat-Friendly Status across their practices and a Gold award for their hospital site.
